Managing Partner Graduated from NUS, was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1988. The in the ensuing 20 over years, he practised as a Sole Proprietor, Managing Partner of Partnership up to 8 lawyers, and as a Managing Director of a limited liability law corporation gaining wide experience and exposure as a general practitioner. His specialization is in the field of conveyancing. From year 2011 to year 2014, he took time out of practice to move into the real estate industry, joining a mid-size real estate group as their Chief Operating Officer and Shareholder, as well as Investment Manager in a China-owed investment company. At the same time, he devoted time in writing, and research in the legal and other development of the real estate industry. He and his co-author has in 2015 published a reference book for the real estate industry entitled, "Selling Real Estate, Selling Happiness". Today he is back in legal practice and is well sort after for his experience and expertise in Real Estate matters. In the area of enbloc sales, he has been involved in the last three waves of enbloc sales since the early 90's. Currently, he is advising enbloc sale initiatives from mid-sized developments to those of over 600 units. Having been involved in no less than 30 enbloc sales over the years as well as researching and teaching in this area, he is well positioned to be the legal adviser and solicitor to lead the legal team in the area of enbloc/collective sales, as well as any retail conveyancing, or major real estate transactions. |

Goh E Pei E Pei graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore in 1994 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1995. Since his call, E Pei has experience representing clients in a wide variety of work ranging from conveyancing to criminal to landlord and tenant disputes. He has argued civil and criminal cases in the High, State Courts, Family and Juvenile Courts as well as quasi-legal tribunals such Strata Title Board and Military Court Martial cases. He is also experienced in matrimonial proceedings as well as probate matters. E Pei now specializes in acting for several insurance companies in property and personal injury claims arising from road traffic accidents. E Pei is an active volunteer lawyer for Legal Aid Bureau. |
